Refund policy

At Intense by D&G, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
✔ The item is returned within 30 days of delivery.
✔ The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed (for apparel).
✔ The item is in its original packaging.
✔ The item is free from damage, stains, or alterations.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.

Return Process

1. Email us at intensebydg@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
3. Ship your item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

✔ Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving your return.
✔ Shipping fees are non-refundable.
✔ If your return does not meet our policy requirements, we may not be able to process your refund.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item following our return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
